I have assisted countless women through grief, depression, anxiety and life transitions such as separation and divorce, career changes, navigating motherhood and the unique challenges of peri and post menopause. 

As women, we are the helpers, the nurturers, the givers and the teachers. But let's be honest, sometimes we find ourselves facing challenges that feel overwhelming and we feel alone.
